Driving Lessons Shepperton
If you are thinking of starting your driving lessons in Shepperton, please get in touch with Hamilton School of Motoring.
We have years of experience helping learner drivers pass their tests and have built up an excellent reputation in the local area.
Hamilton has been helping people learn to drive for over 15 years. From the very first lesson where you will cover the basics such as how to adjust the car for a comfortable drive and moving up through the gears, right through to taking you to your practical driving test - we are here for the journey.
Learning to drive is a fun and liberating experience but it can be scary as well. Our driving instructors are highly trained not only in ensuring you fully understand and are able to use the controls of the car but also in teaching new drivers. We are very fortunate to have a team of caring and patient instructors who will take the time to ensure that you are a careful and skilled driver.
Passing your test
There are many aspects to successfully passing your driving tests - theory, hazard perception and practical. Your instructor will work with you on each of these areas and guide you through the process. They are able to offer guidance on which additional resources you can use whilst at home such as books and apps that will help you with the theory test.
Back in the car, they will take you through each area that will be covered in your driving test. This includes the common manoeuvres such as parallel parking, reversing around corners and hill starts.
As your skills and knowledge improve your instructor will let you know when they think it would be a good time to book your tests. Waiting times can vary but your instructor will have a rough idea of the waiting list times and will be able to guide you.
