INSTRUCTORSWe are looking for a local driving instructor to help meet the demand for our services. Our terms are generous and designed to encourage a long term working relationship.
The franchise is introduced in stages and tailored to suit the instructor individually. Following the introductory period the maximum sum due is equivalent to only three hours instruction per week
This will not increase in the foreseeable future even though lesson prices will rise over time. There is an annual service award (discretionary) and four weeks leave (franchise free) is included. Membership of Driving Instructors Association is free and included without charge on commencement. A training vehicle with dual controls can be arranged. The cost is subject to the leasing terms. We expect honesty and integrity for our full support. Any monies paid to you direct are your responsibility and must be accountable. We are anticipating an increase in demand for our services in the current year. An upgraded website together with a well-designed yellow pages advert will ensure a lot of interest. Our advertising has a high profile and linking this to “The Trade Register” will encourage even more enquiries. Trainee Instructor (PDI) We have a position for a trainee instructor. The 20 hours additional training is offered at a competitive price. You will have our full support while you are qualifying as an approved driving instructor. ORDIT (Official Register of Driving Instructor Training) We are in the process of becoming ORDIT registered. We currently have an ORDIT registered Trainer working with us independently. Kim Shelley has been an Instructor and Trainer for many years and has a wealth of experience behind him.
